A simple salad of tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella.

  • Heirloom Tomatoes
  • Fresh Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Balsamic Vinegar for drizzling (optional)
  • Salt & fresh ground pepper to taste

Preparation:
Slice tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Layer tomatoes, cheese and basil on a serving platter alternating and overlapping slices. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
