- 2 cups Goat Lady Tango (plain Greek style goat milk yogurt)
- 2 cups fruit (your choice – blueberries, peaches, pineapple, banana, etc.)
- 1 dash honey to taste
- Mint leaves for garnish
Place yogurt, fruit, a handful of ice and honey to taste all into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add milk as needed to get the consistency you desire. Taste it for sweetness and add more honey if needed.
Layer fruit smoothie and granola in four martini or parfait glasses. Garnish with granola and whole blueberries. Serve chilled.
