- Red and green leaf lettuce
- 3 T. balsamic vinegar
- 2 t. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Goat Lady Dairy Farmers Cheese
Wash and drain lettuces and arugula and place in salad bowl. In a small bowl whisk together the Balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil salt and pepper. Toss the dressing with the salad and crumble Farmers Cheese on top.
