Black Radish BBQ Sauce

as seen on episode “Weeping Radish Brewery & Butchery“, season 1
- 1/2 Large onion, medium dice
- 16 fl. oz of cider vinegar
- 1/2 lb. light brown sugar
- 1 cup molasses
- 64 oz ketchup
- 16 oz of Black Radish beer
Preparation:
Saute onions, add cider vinegar, cook 2 minutes. Add Black Radish beer and brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Stir in molasses and ketchup until well blended. Simmer for 20 minutes until it thickens.
