Blueberry Muffins

Makes 24 Muffins
- 2 ½ cups all purpose flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
Method:
Sift dry ingredients together then add buttermilk, eggs, and butter. Mix well. Fold in blueberries gently. Spoon into greased or lined muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes.
