Fried Oyster Salad

(Note: quantities vary depending on number of people served. Follow directions on Old Mill Seafood Breader package based on quantity of oysters desired.)
- Old Mill Seafood Breader
- fresh oysters
- vegetable oil for frying
- salad greens
- Remoulade or tartar sauce to taste
Method:
Toss oysters lightly in seafood breader. Heat ½ to 1 inch of oil in a heavy skillet. When hot, fry oysters until browned, turn and continue frying until oysters are golden brown on all sides. Drain oysters on paper towels. Place salad greens on a plate and top with fried oysters. Serve with remoulade or tartar sauce.
