Old Mill Gingerbread with Grand Marnier and Peaches

as seen on episode “Old Mill of Guilford“, season 1
- 2 ½ cups of Old Mill Gingerbread Mix
- ½ cup oil
- 1 ½ cups boiling water.
- 3 sliced peaches
- 2 tbsps white sugar
- 2 tbsps Grand Marnier
Method:
Blend ingredients together. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Toss peaches with sugar and Grand Marnier. Serve over sliced gingerbread with whipped cream.
