Gingerbread with Grand Marnier and Peaches | Flavor, NC

as seen on episode “Old Mill of Guilford“, season 1

  • 2 ½ cups of Old Mill Gingerbread Mix
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 ½ cups boiling water.
  • 3 sliced peaches
  • 2 tbsps white sugar
  • 2 tbsps Grand Marnier

Method:
Blend ingredients together. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Toss peaches with sugar and Grand Marnier. Serve over sliced gingerbread with whipped cream.
