Sunburst Cold Smoked Trout Wrap
…with Goat Cheese and Hudson’s Smoked Tomato Jam

Serves 4
- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 Oz. Sunburst Trout Co. Cold Smoked Trout
- 4 Oz. soft goat cheese or cream cheese
- ¼ cup Hudson’s Smoked Tomato Jam
- 4 lettuce leaves or fresh sprouts
Method:
- Combine cheese and Hudson’s Smoked Tomato Jam
- Warm tortillas briefly (this will make it easier to wrap)
- Spread cheese mixture on ¾ of the tortilla
- Add cold smoked trout and lettuce
- Roll tortilla around filling, cut and serve with chips, pasta salad, etc.; or to serve as an appetizer, cover and refrigerate the rolled wrap for at least 1 hour.
- Slice chilled wrap into ¼” rounds before serving.
