Sweet Onion Chow Chow with Weeping Radish Sweet Potato Liverwurst

- 4 cups of tarragon vinegar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 onions small dice
- 2 red peppers small dice
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation:
Dissolve the sugar in the vinegar over medium heat. Add mustard seed, onions, peppers cook until onions are translucent. Add the curry, bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes. Let it cool with the liquid, strain and serve with toasted pretzel points and Weeping Radish award winning Sweet Potato Liverwurst.
