Sweet Onion Chow Chow with Weeping Radish Sweet Potato Liverwurst

Sweet Onion Chow Chow with Liverwurst | Flavor, NC

  • 4 cups of tarragon vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 onions small dice
  • 2 red peppers small dice
  • 1 Tbsp.  curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp.  mustard seed

Preparation:
Dissolve the sugar in the vinegar over medium heat. Add mustard seed, onions, peppers cook until onions are translucent. Add the curry, bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes.  Let it cool with the liquid, strain and serve with toasted pretzel points and Weeping Radish award winning Sweet Potato Liverwurst.
