For each serving you need:
- ½ t. Mustard powder
- 1 t. cumin
- 1 t. chili powder
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- ½ t. White pepper
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 T. salt
- ¼ c. honey
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- ½ c. lemon juice
- ½ c. orange juice
- 1 T. chopped garlic
- 1 quart vegetable oil
- 4 oz. fresh cilantro, chopped
Place everything except the oil and the cilantro into mixing bowl or blender if you have one. Mix this for one minute and then add the oil in a steady stream while mixing. Finish by blending in the cilantro by hand, The vinaigrette will keep in the refrigerator for 12 to 14 days. It also makes a great marinade for grilled chicken.
