Clawson’s Remoulade

as seen on episode “Walking Fish CSF“, season 2
For each serving you need:
- ½ t. paprika
- pinch of cayenne
- ¼ c. parsley
- ¼ c. grey Poupon
- ¼ c. Cider vinegar
- ¼ c. ketchup
- ½ t. Tabasco
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. chopped garlic
- ¼ c. chopped green onions
- ½ c. celery, chopped
- 3 c. mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree. Remoulade will keep in the refrigerator for 12-14 days.
