Basted Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs per person
  • 2 tablespoon of water

To baste the eggs, crack the eggs in a skillet over medium heat. Once the eggs are set, add a tablespoon of water around the edge of the pan. Cover the skillet and allow eggs to steam to desired degree of doneness.
