- 1 ½ cups strawberries cut in wedges
- 12 oz baby lettuce
- 3 thin sliced radishes
- ¼ cup toasted pecans
- ¼ cup toasted walnuts
- 2 oz goat cheese
- 1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp shaved red onion
- 1 jalapeno julienne sliced
Whisk together all Vinaigrette ingredients.
Toss all salad ingredients with some of the vinaigrette. Place on platter, be sure to put most of the strawberries and nuts on top. Crumble goat cheese over. Serve and Enjoy!
