Club Benedict

as seen on episode “Braswell Foods“, season 2
Ingredients
- 2 fresh eggs per person
- 1 toasted English Muffin per person
- 2 ounces sliced ham
- 2 ounces sliced smoked turkey
- 1 strip cooked, chopped bacon
- 2 ounces Hollandaise Sauce
Poach the eggs in gently simmering water with a little white vinegar to desired degree of doneness. Layer ham and turkey on top of the toasted muffin. Drain and place an egg on each muffin half. Top with Hollandaise Sauce and crispy bacon bits
