Grilled Carrigan Farm Strawberry Smores

Serves 4


  • 12 ounces pizza dough
  • 1 cup strawberries cut in 6
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff or marshmallows
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • Corn oil
  • Powdered sugar

Divide dough in 4 pieces. Roll or stretch out to 1/8” thin. Toss the strawberries with the brown sugar and lemon zest. Place a large spoonful of marshmallow fluff or marshmallows on each dough round. Divide the berry mixture evenly between the dough rounds. Top each mixture with one fourth of the chocolate bar. Fold once side of the dough over to form a pocket. Roll edges under and press together to seal. Rub with corn oil. Grill on both sides for 2 minutes until toasted. Remove and toss with some powdered sugar. Serve hot. Garnish with fresh strawberries, chocolate sauce and a spoon of fluff if desired.
