- Fresh mint
- ½ 0z simple syrup
- 2 oz. un-aged TOPO whiskey
Chill a mint julep cup or glass. While the cup is chilling, take approximately 15-20 mint leaves per drink, gently roll them with your fingers to release the mint flavor and place in a glass. Add the simple syrup, and whiskey and stir. Pack your chilled julep cup with crushed ice, give the whiskey mixture a quick shake and strain over the crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
