as seen on episode “TOPO Distillery”, season 3
- Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- Salt for glass rim
- Grapefruit slices for garnish
- 1 ½ oz TOPO vodka
- 3 oz fresh squeezed red grapefruit juice
Mix together salt and rosemary. Rub the rim of each glass with a slice of grapefruit and dip the rim of the glass in the salt and rosemary mixture. Place the grapefruit juice and vodka in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the prepared glass over ice. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice and spring of rosemary.
