White Manhattan

Recipe courtesy of Anthony Ostrea, Whiskey, Durham
as seen on episode “TOPO Distillery”, season 3

Ingredients:

• 2 0z Un-aged (white) TOPO Whiskey
• ½ oz Dry Vermouth
• ½ oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 2 dashes Reagans Orange Bitters

Directions:

Chill a martini glass. While the glass is chilling, pour the whiskey, vermouth, liqueur and bitters over ice. Stir, then strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
