North Carolina Strawberry Salad

  • 1 lb Fresh Baby Greens
  • Toasted sliced almonds to taste
  • Strawberry Dressing (Below)


  • 6 oz Sliced Strawberries
  • 2 cups Soybean Oil
  • 1 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2/3 Cup Honey
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 5 Basil Leaves Fresh
  • 12 oz Goat Cheese Crumbled
  • 20 sliced Strawberries
  • 40 slices of Cucumber

For the dressing, whisk together vinegar, oil and honey. Add in strawberries, basil, cucumber and goat cheese. Toss with mixed salad greens and toasted sliced almonds.
