Classic Hot Chocolate

Makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 5 Tblsp chopped, 65% Dark Chocolate
- 5 oz. Whole Milk
- 1 Tblsp Sugar
Place all ingredients in a saucepan over low to medium heat and slowly melt the chocolate and sugar into the milk. slowly whisk the mixture constantly as the chocolate melts. Once the chocolate is almost completely incorporated, whisk briskly to create a foam on top, then serve immediately.
