Liver Pudding Paté Dip
Recipe courtesy of Neese’s Country Sausage
as seen on episode “Sausage”, season 4
Ingredients:
- 1 lb liver pudding
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup drained, crushed pineapple
- ¼ cup minced onion
- ½ cup pecans
Cut the liver pudding and cream cheese into 6 or more pieces. Process half the cream cheese and liver pudding in a food processor, add the onion and process a few more seconds. Scrape the mixture into a bowl then repeat with the remaining cream cheese and liver pudding. Add in the crushed pineapple and pecans and pulse the processor for a few seconds. Blend the two together batches of dip together, garnish with pecan halves and enjoy!
