Crème Fraiche

Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Mix the cream and buttermilk and cover. Allow the cream mixture to sit in a warm place covered for 12 hours. Mix the cream and add the cinnamon and sugar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
