Mandolin restaurant is owned by Chef and Raleigh native Sean Fowler. The restaurant honors its southern roots while drawing influences from around the world. The seasonal menu focuses on sourcing meats, seafood and produce from North Carolina producers whenever possible. Mandolin is open for dinner seven nights a week with brunch on the weekends.
