Oma Pearl’s Pecan Fried Dogfish

Oma Pearl's Pecan Fried Dogfish | Flavor, NC

Ingredients:

  • 2 – 10 ounce Dogfish Fillets
  • Eggwash – 1Egg and 4 ounce milk

*Mix together

Breading:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1tsp Granular Garlic
  • 1tsp Granular Onion
  • 1tsp Cajun Spice
  • 1cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Dredge Fish in Flour
  3. Dip in Eggwash
  4. Coat with Pecan Breading
  5. Deep Fry @ 350 degrees for 5 minutes
  6. Serve with an orange marmalade whole grain Dijon mustard horseradish sauce.
