Spiny Dogfish Tacos

Spiny Dogfish Tacos | Flavor, NC

Slaw:

  • 2 Cups Cabbage – Shred it
  • 1Tablespoon Chipotle in Adobe
  • 1Tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoon Sour Cream
  • Jalapeno – Slice
  • *Mix all ingredients

Pico De Gallo:

  • 1Large Tomato – small dice
  • 1Jalapeno – small dice
  • 1Small Onion – small dice
  • Chop Cilantro
  • 1 Lime – squeeze
  • Salt & pepper – pinch

*Combine all ingredients & Let Set for 1 -4 hours

Beer Batter

  • 1Beer
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 1teaspoon Granular Garlic
  • 1teaspoon Granular Onion
  • 1teaspoon Cajun Spice

Cut Fish in 2 ounce Strips and dip in batter & Fry
*Assemble Tacos

Optional Garnish: soy sauce honey glaze and fresh lime wedge
