Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini & Parsley

Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini & Parsley | Flavor, NC


  • 1 head cauliflower florets
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh sage
  • Salt and pepper


Blanch the cauliflower in water with lots of salt. Drain and then toss with olive oil, fresh sage, salt and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet on broil for 10-12 minutes.

For the Tahini Sauce


  • ¾ cup tahini
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 TBSP. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. salt


Stir ingredients together until mixture has lightened. Add water until desired consistency is reached.
Serve roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce and sprinkle with a handful of chopped parsley.
