“Our terraced mountain vineyard and winery is nestled right on the Watauga River at the base of Grandfather Mountain. We are the first producing winery in Watauga County, NC. Warm breezes during the day and cool Crisp nights help develop the flavors and balance of our wine. We think you’ll find our wines unique. Enjoy and share with friends” -Steve Tatum, (owner)

Grapefull Sisters Vineyard grows the plump Native American Muscadine grape. Our 8 varieties of wine range from a semi-dry white wine, to a sweet southern traditional red wine. Muscadine grapes are great to eat straight off the vine, or pour a glass of our wine and enjoy on the porch. Picnics and lazy afternoons on the porch swing with chilled wine are encouraged.
