Coleslaw Dressing

Flavor, NC | Coleslaw Dressing


  • 1 cup Dukes mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine or Champagne vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. dry mustard
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. ground celery seed
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced scallions or green onions, sliced
  • 2 medium heads of green cabbage, chopped


Mix together all ingredients except for scallions and green cabbage in a stand mixer until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Combine scallions and cabbage in a large bowl. Add dressing, gently incorporating with a spoon or a gloved hand until the slaw is well dressed.
