Roasted Bacon Honey Mustard Potatoes

Flavor, NC | Roasted Bacon Honey Mustard Potatoes


  • 3 cups of diced potatoes
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 3 tablespoons of bacon fat
  • 1/3 cup local honey
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch of Peppercorn Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Garlic Sea Salt


  1. Roast potatoes in a preheated 350°F oven for 25 minutes until almost done.
  2. In a skillet fry bacon until crispy. Set aside. Leave bacon grease in skillet and let it cool.
  3. In a bowl combine diced bacon, honey, mustard, olive oil, and a pinch of Garlic Sea Salt.
  4. When potatoes are finished return skillet to burner over medium heat.
  5. Transfer potatoes to skillet and season with Peppercorn Sea Salt.
  6. When potatoes are finished, add honey mustard mixture to pan. Mix and serve hot.
